I felt like home! I would definitely come back to Las Vegas in this condo. It was worth it! The parking was excellent although all the properties were full because of the New Year’s Eve and the Strip was closed, we found everyday a parking spot in the property.

The cabin is cozy, a great spot to have a fire and watch a movie! Paul was responsive and kind. We enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend it to others!

I had such a great stay. I was in Vegas for a work trip and the staff and host were super helpful throughout my visit. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the balcony view was amazing; the Strip looked incredible at night. I’d definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay in this room! Everything worked well and I have zero complaints. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The balcony has a great view of the strip, sphere, and overlooks the F1 track on Harmon Ave. Paul gave me all the necessary info beforehand so checking in and out was a breeze, and he was quick to respond and offered help with anything I needed. Highly recommend this place

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, and both the host and hotel staff were super kind and accommodating. We also loved how close the hotel was to the Strip. Most of the time we didn’t even need to grab an Uber or Lyft; we just walked everywhere. I will definitely save this room to book again for our next trip to Vegas! Nothing. Everything was great!

My sister and I had such a great stay. The room was comfortable, the hotel staff and host were very accommodating, and we really enjoyed having a quiet spot to come back to after moving around all day. The balcony view was spectacular; the view of the Strip was absolutely gorgeous at night. Would definitely stay here again! Nothing. Everything was great.

I've been to Vegas several times, but this was the first time I brought my child. I had never been to the Signature before, but now I will never stay anywhere else if I stay at the strip with my family. With no casino or nightclub in the building, everything was very peaceful. The valet was so friendly and helpful and check-in was great. The apartment itself had a living room with a great foldout couch for our kid, and a private master bedroom with master bathroom felt so luxurious to me and my wife. We regret not having enough time to try the large soaking jettub. We enjoyed that the balcony faced Topgolf so it was more quiet than any balcony I've ever had in Vegas. There was a heated pool open when we visited (November). There is a private walkway to the MGM Grande that enters it right by a Crepe/Acai Bowl food stand which provided great healthy options for breakfast that we enjoyed

Paul’s place is a rare find in Las Vegas. Minutes from the strip but private in the MGM Signature towers. The spot is spacious, clean and homey. The huge balcony was the win for my boyfriend and I. We enjoyed the glowy view of the strip and the full moon while we were in town. The bathroom is bigger than most hotel rooms on the strip, there was even relaxing bath soak available after a long day of walking. All and all we had an amazing time and would rebook Paul’s place in a heartbeat.

We stay at the Signatures often so we can compare units. Easy check in, valet was fast and friendly. This unit was overall clean and the kitchen was fully stocked for making meals. Had a great view from the balcony and nice furniture to sit. Bed was very comfy and clean. Extra towels and cleaning supplies were nice for our extended stay. Ice machine on floor worked which is a bonus for us , it can be a hassle to go to a different floor if broke. There were a couple maintenance things that needed to be attended to so I let them know and they said they’d fix those. Couple stains on the rug which is typical for Vegas. Overall 4/5.

Mariel's place was perfect for me. It was super clean, spacious, and comfy and a great place to work and hang out with my son. Would definitely stay here again!
