Full access to your own private studio suite except for the locked storage closet. Indoor walkway to MGM Grand Hotel Casino Resort FREE access to MGM Grand's pools and Lazy river, and all the pools in Tower 1-3 at the MGM Signature. FREE access to the Fitness center located in tower 1 and tower 3. FREE valet parking but subject to availability. If valet parking is full, you will be directed to paid self-parking at MGM Grand. FREE use of MGM washers and dryers for reservations of seven days or longer. Laundry room is located near the Tower 2 lobby, accessible by key card. MGM Grand Garden Arena is a five- to eight-minute walk using the air-conditioned indoor moving walkways. 24-hour front desk at Tower 2 Other things to note Privately owned and managed owners suite. Please handle decorative items and pillows with care. Valet parking is complementary but subject to availability. If valet is full, you will be directed to MGM Grand self parking garage. They do NOT valet park motorcycles or scooters. No commercial vehicles allowed at MGM Signature. Other things to note *Signature will place a temporary hold on your card for $100-$300 at check in for incidentals. It will be released back to you after check out. * The cleaning company cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. However, you can leave your luggage at the front desk either before or after your stay. * Cleanings before check-in and after check-out are covered by the cleaning fee. Daily housekeeping is not included, but is available for an additional fee * The entire building is strictly smoke-free including any balconies. * We have a Nevada State Business License and pay all applicable fees and taxes. * You or someone in your party must be 21 years or older to rent this property * The name on your airbnb reservation must match the government issued ID being used to check in at the hotel. No exceptions. If identity does NOT match, you will not be able to check in and no refunds will be given. * There is no room service at MGM Signature.
