You must be 21 years old to book. MGM Signature will need a valid government issued ID that matches the name on your reservation and a credit card upon check in at the front desk. A $100/night up to $300 per stay holding deposit will be preauthorized by MGM Signature for incidentals. Any requests for additional towels and toiletries must be directly messaged to us at least 24 hours prior. There will be a charge of $35 for extra supplies as we provide enough towels and toiletries for your stay. 🚫Unauthorized late checkouts are subject to a $85 charge for the first hour and $40.00/per 30 minutes increments thereafter up to a maximum of $500/day.
