As a frequent traveler to the Vegas area. The location was fantastic with great views of the city. It was convenient with having a casino within the hotel that you can walk across to the other side or go back to your quiet and relaxed room. None

We had a great stay at Pauls place! It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for our group of four. The layout was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy for everyone to relax and feel at home. One of the best parts was the location, super convenient access to the Strip. Everything was just a short drive or walk away. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

I spent a full month in this apartment for work, and it was absolutely perfect for my needs. The space is ideal for one person—comfortable, functional, and well-proportioned. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and the kitchen was fully equipped, with all appliances working well throughout my stay. I appreciated how easy it was to settle in and feel at home. Highly recommend for anyone needing a longer-term stay or a well-maintained, practical space for work travel.

Lovely room, everything was very clean. and a great view from the windows. Lots of towels and cleaning supplies along with wine glasses, mugs, dishes and utensils. even had pots and pans for cooking. Definitely will save you money having a little kitchen. We enjoyed having a glass of wine while watching the view from the window. It's very convenient to walk places and perfect for transportation. pickup and drop off for Uber/Taxi is in the same spot right at the lobby doors. If you know vegas most places have to drop off at one place but it takes forever to find the Uber pick up spot. and the moving walkways connect you to the mgm grand, or you can walk through the gates and easily get to the strip. the hotel has great security and safe to walk on the side street to the strip at night. Honestly you get way more for your money at the mgm signature than most hotels on the vegas strip.

Ein sehr schönes Apartment. Besonders bequem war das Bett. Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet. Die beiden Internet-TV und das WiFi waren sehr schnell. Die Lage und die Umgebung konnten nicht besser sein. 15 min bis Downtown. In der Küche gab es alles was ich brauchte. Sogar eine Badewanne war vorhanden. Auf dem Balkon konnte ich frühstücken. Es gab einen riesigen Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Geschirrspüler. Der Kleiderschrank war begehbar. Der Autoparkplatz war reserviert und überdacht. Das Grundstück war eingezäunt mit einem Tor. Vielen Dank an Paul und sein Team. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Paul’s place was exactly as described , clean and comfortable. Modern decor and everything you’d need for a multiweek stay. Appreciated the black out shades and plush mattress a lot. If you want good value, this places hits all the bases. Communication was also superb, how you’d like it to be.

Loved our stay in this beautiful apartment, it is perfectly located behind the MGM Grand, easy walk to the strip but away from all the noise. The apartment has lovely interior decor, more a personnel touch than the standard apartments in the block. I must say that the king size bed is extremely comfortable, we both slept very well. The apartment swimming pool is well located and gets sunshine most of the day, far less busy than the MGM Grand pools and a great deal quieter, we spend most afternoons chilling here with a cocktail in hand. We did spend most of our stay walking everywhere, 30 miles (47km) in 3 days, but it was easy to use Uber too, especially if you are going to visit Downtown. Would very happily stay in this apartment again should we ever come back to Las Vagas.

Beautiful and well kept space. Toiletries ran a little low for a full week stay but totally doable. There was cleaning supplies for dishes and laundry, a nice patio, comfortable bed, and updated kitchen that was easy to cook. Super comfortable space!
